No. 681292 <br /> City of Redwood City <br /> 1400 Broadway <br /> Redwood City, CA 94063 <br /> Attn: Marilyn Harang, Public Works Superintendent <br /> Annual preventative maintenance (PM) for Stormwater Pump Stations with direction from Specialist Rich <br /> Del Ben and or Ray Bartolo: Work will include inspections of: <br /> • Pumps <br /> • Wiring <br /> • Lighting inside and outside of building <br /> • Timers <br /> • Motion sensors <br /> • Electrical service and distribution panels <br /> • GFI receptacles <br /> • Emergency, security lighting / night - lights <br /> • Electrical maintenance of facility <br /> • Fire extinguishers and safety effects <br /> • Testing of pump wires with mega -meter per Specialist Rich Del Ben <br /> • Any other PM maintenance the City may add or ask for <br /> • We have a prior understanding of Redwood City's requiring specific written reporting that includes <br /> each station, time worked at each station, parts used, explanation of any problem and costs per <br /> station. Reports will be submitted station by station in a timely fashion. <br /> All work to be prioritized and coordinated with Rich Del Ben. <br /> We agree that any and all other work will be at the direction of Rich Del Ben and or Rich Boyer. Any <br /> significant parts that are replaced belong to Redwood City and will be given to Rich Del Ben. <br /> New lighting at stations will be discussed and a cost submitted and agreed to prior to start of work. <br />
