EXHIBIT <br /> City of Redwood City <br /> Proposal to Prepare Proposition 1E SWFM Grant Application and Bay Area IRWMP Project Template <br /> 1.e. Scope of Work <br /> The application will consist of one project: Local Drainage System Improvements and 5th <br /> Avenue Pump Station Renovation Project. <br /> This scope of work describes the two work items to be performed by RMC: 1) the preparation <br /> of the Bay Area IRWMP Project Information Template (Template) for project inclusion in the <br /> Bay Area IRWMP and 2) the Proposition 1E Stormwater Flood Management Grant Application <br /> which includes the attachments outlined in Table 2 on the following page. Depending on the <br /> level of information and data available from previously completed models for the project, <br /> modeling might not be required. However, if model and /or model output is not appropriate for <br /> the Proposition 1E application, modeling will become a required task. <br /> Task 1 Coordination with City and DWR <br /> 1.1 Conduct Proponent Meetings <br /> RMC will conduct 3 meetings with the City to review application documents. <br /> • Meeting #1: Overall strategy meeting to review grant guidelines and develop strategy <br /> • Meeting #2: Review draft Work Plan, Budget, Schedule, Monitoring, Assessment and <br /> Performance Measures and solicit comments <br /> • Meeting #3: Review draft Economic Analyses and solicit comments <br /> 1.2 Coordinate with DWR for Feedback on City Application <br /> RMC will coordinate communication with DWR staff, on behalf of the City, to solicit input from <br /> DWR on the City application, and to field questions to DWR, if necessary. <br /> 1.3 Develop and Maintain Work Schedule <br /> RMC will develop and maintain a work schedule for the grant application process.
