City ofRedwood City <br /> Proposal to Prepare Proposition YE SWFM Grant Application and Bay Area IRWMP Project Template <br /> 2. PROPOSED TEAM <br /> RMC has put together a team with proven success in preparing and managing complicated <br /> grant applications such as the Prop. 1E SWFM application. Below is a brief summary of the <br /> RMC team members. <br /> Tish Berge (RMC) - Project Manager <br /> Tish Berge will serve as the Project Manager for the Project, responsible for the day -to -day <br /> execution of the grant application and preparing the economic analysis. Tish is a water and <br /> wastewater project manager with experience in team -based planning and capital projects and <br /> presenting technical information and recommendations to decision makers and industry <br /> groups. In addition to her consulting engineering experience, Tish has worked In the public <br /> sector as assistant general manager for the award winning San EIiJo Joint Powers Authority <br /> where she provided direction to operations, maintenance, and laboratory staff; developed and <br /> managed master planning efforts; and developed an intensive ocean monitoring program. Tish <br /> also directed the environmental compliance department at the Encina Wastewater Authority <br /> and managed environmental and regulatory analysis projects as an engineering consultant. <br /> Tish has also played a vital role in preparing the economic analysis for Water Supply Costs and <br /> Benefits, Water Quality and Other Expected Benefits, and Economic Analysis for Flood Damage <br /> Reduction for the following funding pursuits: <br /> • San Diego IRWMP Proposition 84 (round 1) <br /> • Coachella Valley IRWMP Proposition 84 (round 1) <br /> • Greater Los Angeles IRWMP Proposition 84 (round 1) <br /> Grizelda Soto (RMC) - Project Planner <br /> Grizelda Soto will serve as the project planner and primary resource for the team. Grizelda has <br /> a background in environmental science, with a water resources management focus. She is <br /> experienced In water resources planning, grant writing, water restoration field work, and water <br /> quality evaluations. Grizelda's modeling experience includes use of WARMF, HEC -RAS, and GIS. <br /> Grizelda has played key roles In a number of funding pursuits including: <br /> • Coachella Valley IRWMP application (DWR) <br /> • Greater Los Angeles County IRWMP Proposition 84 application (DWR) <br /> Joanne Siew (RMC) - Environmental Scientist <br /> Joanne Slew will serve as our teams QA/QC assuring the grant application is consistent with the <br /> Bay Area IRWM Plan. Joanne specializes in environmental science and management with an <br /> emphasis in water resources management. She has worked on multi - disciplinary projects <br /> involving hydrologic modeling and analysis, and watershed planning and policy.
