One Counci! Member <br /> inquired about the duck hunting and how this interfac;es with the work being done <br /> onsite. The same Counal Member confirmed that in 2003 the city hired a consultant to <br /> work on a dacumen#that out of 15 recomme�dations 14 have been accepted regardirtg <br /> this project. <br /> 8. PUBLIC HEARING <br /> A. Changes to One Marina Communi#y Faciiities D�strict(CFD). <br /> Mr. PoMy, Finanee Director, introduced the item and explained that changes are being <br /> recommended to the District. He clarified that this is the sole responsibility of the <br /> District. He provided a summary of the prior actions. One Council Member wanted <br /> confirmation that this is a neutra! revenue exchange and staff canfirmed this. <br /> Recommendation: <br /> 1. Approve by resolution, the City's consideration of amending certain <br /> provisions relating to the One Marina CFD, <br /> A RESOLUTI�N No. 15102 OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY DECLARING ITS CONSIDERATION OF AA1I�NDING CERTAIN PROVIS(ONS <br /> RELATING TO COMMUNIN FACILITIES DISTRICT N4 2010-1 (ONE MARINA) <br /> M/S FoustlSeybert to adopt the resolution.
