MINUTE ORDER <br /> CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> <br /> June 23, 2003 <br /> MO. 03-138 <br /> <br />CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br />Redwood City <br /> <br />DATE: June 24, 2003 <br /> <br />Attention: City Attorney <br /> Engineering Dept. <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Cooperative Agreement with the Department of Transportation <br /> for the Route 101/Ralston Avenue/Marine Parkway Interchange <br /> Reconfiguration Project. <br /> <br />AGENDA ITEM: 7.1 E <br /> <br />Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on June 23, 2003. <br />Present: Council Member Hartnett, Howard, Jordan, Pierce, and Ruskin <br />Absent: Vice Mayor Ira and Mayor Claire <br /> <br />The following motion was made, carried and entered on the Minutes; <br /> <br />M/S Howard/Pierce To approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the <br />Cooperative Agreement between the City of Redwood City and the Department <br />of Transportation for the construction of the Route 101/Ralston Avenue/Marine <br />Parkway Interchange Reconfiguration Project, and further authorize the City <br />Manager to make non-material changes to the Agreement. <br /> <br />The motion passed by a unanimous roll call vote by all those present. <br /> <br />Patricia S.
