ID-e-12 (5) Area 5: All premises located within or outside the City of Redwood City which were formerly included in the service area for any water company or system acquired in bulk by the City shall be included in Area 5. (6) Area 6: All premises located within or outside the City of Redwood City on publicly -owned property and used as a college campus shall be included in Area 6. (b) Monthlv Water Quantitv rates. The applicable Consumption Range for, and number of units consumed by, each dwelling unit in a multi - family residence (consisting of more than one (1) dwelling unit on a parcel of property served by a single water meter) shall be determined by dividing the total monthly consumption of all such dwelling units by the number of dwelling units served by each such meter.
