The City Manager is hereby authorized to <br />direct that water meters or classes of water meters may be read bi- <br />monthly and that the billing period therefor shall be for a two -month period. <br />In such event, the cubic foot delivery amounts specified in the foregoing <br />rate table shall be doubled for the purpose of computing the applicable <br />water quantity charges." <br />2. Resolution No. 14276 entitled, 'Resolution Amending Section 3 of the <br />Rules and Regulations of the Redwood City Water Department (Public Works <br />Services Department) Relating to Water Rates; and Rescinding Resolution No. <br />13980," adopted July 9, 2001, is hereby rescinded. <br />3. This resolution shall be effective upon its adoption, provided, however, <br />that the rates and charges established pursuant to paragraph 1, shall be <br />operative August 28, 2003 (the "Operative Date ").
