RD-87-18 <br />- ORIGINAL <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT EXTENDING TERM OF EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO <br /> NEGOTIATE (PORTION OF GATEWAY REDEVELOPMENT SUB-AREA) <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> ACTING AS THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain Agreement by and between the Redevelopment <br /> Agency of the City of Redwood City and Innisfree Companies <br /> concerning the exclusive right to negotiate for redevelopment of <br /> a portion of the Gateway Sub-area, a copy of which agreement <br /> (form dated 9/22/87), is on file in the office of the Secretary, <br /> to which copy reference is hereby made for full particulars <br /> thereof, is hereby approved; and the Executive Director is hereby <br /> authorized to execute said Agreement for and on behalf of the <br /> Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> 87-18 <br /> <br /> <br />
