RD-88-16 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION RECEIVING AND DIRECTING TRANSMITTAL OF <br /> PROPOSED SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR <br /> REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT NO. 2 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Executive Director is preparing the <br />documentation required under the Community Redevelopment Law for <br />the expansion and consolidation of portions of the Project Area; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Executive Director has prepared and presented <br /> <br />to the Agency the proposed Second Amendment to the Redevelopment <br /> <br />Plan for Redevelopment Project No. 2; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />ACTING AS THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. The Agency acknowledges receipt of the proposed Second <br />Amendment to the Redevelopment Plan for Redevelopment Project No. <br />2, a copy of which shall be retained in the files of the Agency. <br /> <br /> 2. The Executive Director is authorized and directed to <br />transmit the proposed Second Amendment in the manner and at the <br />times set forth in the Community Redevelopment Law, as follows: <br /> <br /> (a) To the Planning Commission of the City of Redwood City <br /> for its report and recommendation pursuant to Sections <br /> 33346 and 33347 of the Health and Safety Code. <br /> <br /> (b) To the Chairperson of the Fiscal Review Committee, if <br /> such a committee is created, pursuant to Section <br /> 33353.4 of the Health and Safety Code. <br /> <br /> <br />
