RD-88-08 APR 11 1988 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> FUNDING AGREEMENT FOR GRANT OF LOW- AND MODERATE- <br /> INCOME HOUSING FUNDS (HUMAN INVESTMENT PROJECT, INC.) <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> ACTING AS THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Funding Agreement - <br /> Redevelopment Housing Fund Grant" by and between the <br /> <br /> Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City and Human <br /> <br /> Investment Project, Inc., a copy of which agreement is on file in <br /> the office of the Agency Secretary, and to which copy reference <br /> is hereby made for full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, <br /> and the Executive Director is hereby authorized and directed to <br />- execute said agreement for and on behalf of the Redevelopment <br /> Agency of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> <br />
