RATES FOR BERTHING, STORAGE AND SERVICES <br /> VISITORS AND TRANSIENT BOATS A ITEM No. 28 <br /> 1. Boats on temporary basis berthing at the Marina, per foot of boat or berth, <br /> whichever is greater. <br /> Per day $ 0.70 $ 0.80 + <br /> Per month $ 0 $ 12.00 + <br /> Visitor and transient boaters requesting to berth in the Marina must <br /> immediately after entering the Marina, inform the Port Manager of their <br /> presence in the Marina and specify their length of stay and register for a berth <br /> in an area designated by the Port Manager. Such length of stay may not <br /> exceed one month (30 days). Berth fees must be paid, in full, in advance. <br /> One extension, not to exceed thirty days, may be permitted, subject to <br /> available space. <br /> 2. Boats on temporary mooring or anchoring in the Harbor. <br /> Permit fee ( per boat) $75.00* <br /> This permit is valid for ten (10) days. <br /> Visitor and transient boats whose mooring and/or anchoring in the Harbor <br /> does not exceed seventy -two hours will not be required to obtain a permit. <br /> M MISCELLANEOUS CHARGES t ITEM NO.29 <br /> Upon request of the owner or authorized representatives of a boat berthed in <br /> the Marina, emergency repair and/or pumping will be performed and charges <br /> assessed for the cost of all materials used in addition to a minimum of $25.00 <br /> per hour plus overhead and administrative expense for labor. In addition, <br /> when in the opinion of the Port staff a boat presents a danger to the safety of <br /> the Marina or other boats, and staff is unable to reach the owner of the boat or <br /> authorized representative, Port staff may, if possible, take steps to correct the <br /> dangerous condition. All costs of such corrective action shall be born by the <br /> owner or authorized representative.
