RATES FOR BERTHING, STORAGE AND SERVICES VISITORS AND TRANSIENT BOATS A ITEM No. 28 1. Boats on temporary basis berthing at the Marina, per foot of boat or berth, whichever is greater. Per day $ 0.70 $ 0.80 + Per month $ 0 $ 12.00 + Visitor and transient boaters requesting to berth in the Marina must immediately after entering the Marina, inform the Port Manager of their presence in the Marina and specify their length of stay and register for a berth in an area designated by the Port Manager. Such length of stay may not exceed one month (30 days). Berth fees must be paid, in full, in advance. One extension, not to exceed thirty days, may be permitted, subject to available space. 2. Boats on temporary mooring or anchoring in the Harbor. Permit fee ( per boat) $75.00* This permit is valid for ten (10) days. Visitor and transient boats whose mooring and/or anchoring in the Harbor does not exceed seventy -two hours will not be required to obtain a permit. M MISCELLANEOUS CHARGES t ITEM NO.29 Upon request of the owner or authorized representatives of a boat berthed in the Marina, emergency repair and/or pumping will be performed and charges assessed for the cost of all materials used in addition to a minimum of $25.00 per hour plus overhead and administrative expense for labor. In addition, when in the opinion of the Port staff a boat presents a danger to the safety of the Marina or other boats, and staff is unable to reach the owner of the boat or authorized representative, Port staff may, if possible, take steps to correct the dangerous condition. All costs of such corrective action shall be born by the owner or authorized representative.
