RD-88-06 ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AWARDING BID FOR DEMOLITION OF IMPROVEMENTS <br /> AT THOSE PROPERTIES COMMONLY KNOWN AS 910 MAIN STREET <br /> AND 1012 MAIN STREET; AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR SAID WORK; AND DIRECTING RETURN OF <br /> SECURITY DEPOSITS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. RD-87-21, adopted by the <br />Council of the City of Redwood City acting as the Redevelopment <br />Agency of the City of Redwood City on February 8, 1988, the <br />Agency Secretary called for bids for the demolition of <br />improvements at those properties commonly known as 910 Main <br />Street and 1012 Main Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to said call, bids were received for the <br />performance of said work and filed with the Agency Secretary; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, L.C. Rudd & Son, Inc., Vallejo, California, is the <br />lowest responsible bidder and it is the intention and desire of <br />this Council to award said bid to L.C. Rudd & Son, Inc. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />ACTING AS THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. The bid of L.C. Rudd & Son, Inc. in the sum of Forty <br /> <br />Two Thousand One Hundred Thirty and No/100 Dollars ($42,130.00), <br />computed in accordance with said bidder's proposal dated February <br />22, 1988, for the demolition of improvements at those properties <br />commonly known as 910 Main Street and 1012 Main Street, is hereby <br />found and declared to be the lowest responsible bidder for said <br />work. <br /> <br /> 88- 06 <br /> <br /> <br />
