6.2. Additional Provisions. Fire Department will ensure that the Commercial <br /> General Liability and Automobile Liability policies of insurance required under this <br /> Agreement contain, or are endorsed to contain, a provision requiring the other <br /> Party to be named as an additional insured: <br /> 6.2.1 City of Redwood City will be named as additional insured. <br /> 7. INDEMNIFICATION. City hereby agrees to defend, indemnify, and save <br /> Colma Fire Protection District and its officers, agents, and employees harmless against <br /> and from any and all claims, suits, actions of every name, kind and description, which <br /> may be brought against Fire Department, by reason of any injury to, or death of, any <br /> person (including corporations, partnerships and associations) or damage suffered or <br /> sustained by any such person arising from, or alleged to have arisen from, any act or <br /> omission to act, negligent or otherwise, of Fire Department arising out of the City's <br /> Maintenance Services provided under this agreement. <br /> Colma Fire Protection District hereby agrees to defend, indemnify, and save City <br /> and its officers, agents, and employees harmless against and from any and all claims, <br /> suits, actions of every name, kind and description, which may be brought against City, <br /> by reason of any injury to, or death of, any person (including corporations, partnerships <br /> and associations) or damage suffered or sustained by any such person arising from, or <br /> alleged to have arisen from, any act or omission to act, negligent or otherwise, of City <br /> arising out of Fire Department's use or ownership of the Motor Vehicles.
