EXHIBIT "A" <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> Professional Services Agreement — Recycled Water Project <br /> Environmental Water Management <br /> Proposal for Recycled Water Site Pre - Connection Observations <br /> PURPOSE <br /> To ensure site compliance with DHS prohibitions against irrigation systems <br /> overspraying, running off and ponding recycled water. Early system observations and <br /> notification allow managers to rectify site problems before contractors connect them to <br /> the system. <br /> TASKS <br /> Observations — Representative sample areas of the irrigation system at each will be <br /> observed under operation. System problems will be documented and photographed. <br /> Reports — All field data will be collected into individual reports for each site and <br /> presented to the site manager either in hard -copy or electronic form.
