This amendment includes approval of an additional $425,000, for a <br /> total contract value of $2,116,300. <br /> HBA has and will be executing subcontracts with nine firms: Kennedy /Jenks Consultants; Winzler & <br /> Kelly; Hogle- Ireland, Inc.; Fehr & Peers (F &P); Illingworth & Rodkin, Inc. (I &R); Sheils Obletz <br /> Johnsen, Inc. (SOJ); Ascent Environmental, Inc. (Ascent); Sierra Research, Inc. (Sierra); and LSA <br /> Associates, Inc. (LSA) to support the Saltworks Project environmental process. Each firm is providing <br /> support to the Scoping Process and to the preparation of technical reports. To support Amendment No. <br /> 002, enclosed are the Task Orders for the following firms: F &P, I &R, SOJ, Ascent, Sierra, and LSA. <br /> HBA's contract Amendment No. 001 included $285,365 to support scoping and technical analysis. Of <br /> that amount, $47,220 has been allocated for scoping and $196,545 has been allocated for technical <br /> analysis and support, provided by K/J, W &K, and H -I. This prior allocation left an available balance of <br /> $41,600 of unallocated contingency funds from Amendment No. 001, in addition to the unallocated City <br /> Manager contingency funds of $425,000. <br /> Amendment No. 002 proposes to use $48,200 from the existing contract as well as the City Manager <br /> contingency funds of $425,000, for a total of $473,200 for six additional experts.
