1117 - <br /> (b) That the terms and conditions of the subject permit <br /> shall inure to the benefit of, and be binding upon, <br /> the permittee, its successors, heirs, grantees, <br /> assignees and transferees, and shall apply to the <br /> entire planned development area or any portion thereof. <br /> (c) That all landscaping as shown on landscape plans to <br /> be approved by the Architectural Committee shall be <br /> permanently maintained by permittee, its successors, <br /> heirs, grantees, assignees or transferees; and, <br /> further, that evidence of provision for such maintenance <br /> be submitted to the City for approval prior to commence- <br /> ment of construction of any of the improvements permitted <br /> under the permit authorized hereunder. <br /> -2- <br />
