<br /> MSR:lt:4/4/73 <br /> APR 23 ' 73 <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> R E S O L U T I O N NO. 6898 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ABANDONING PORTION OF EAST FULLER STREET <br /> IN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY IN ACCORDANCE WITH PART 3 <br /> OF DIVISION 9, STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE OF THE STATE <br /> • OF CALIFORNIA <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Part 3 (commencing <br /> at §8300) of Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code of the <br /> State of California, the Council of the City of Redwood City by <br /> its Resolution No. 6883, adopted April 2, 1973, declared its <br /> intention to vacate the hereinafter described portion of East <br /> Fuller Street; and <br /> WHEREAS, •pursuant to said provisions• of the Streets and <br /> Highways Code,- notice of intention to vacate and abandon the <br /> described portion of the above mentioned street has been published <br /> and posted; and <br /> • <br /> WHEREAS, a public hearing has been held and evidence taken; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS : <br /> 1. The Council of the City of Redwood City finds that the <br /> hereinafter described portion of East Fuller Street is unnecessary <br /> for present or prospective public purposes and hereby orders said <br /> portion of East Fuller Street vacated subject to reservation of <br /> easements and rights of way for certain public utility purposes <br /> • <br /> hereinafter described. , • <br /> 2.
