SCGM:yc:4/5/73 <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> R E S O L U T I O N NO. 6893 APR 9 '73 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> REVOCABLE PERMIT FOR VEHICULAR PARKING PURPOSES ON <br /> CERTAIN CITY-OWNED REAL PROPERTY <br /> WHEREAS, BERLIN AND GOODMAN has applied for exclusive use <br /> of certain vehicular parking spaces in that certain City-owned <br /> parking lot commonly designated as the Bradford Street Parking <br /> Lot; and <br /> WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to grant a revocable <br /> permit to said Berlin and Goodman for said purposes; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> That certain revocable permit by and between the City of <br /> Redwood City and Berlin and Goodman, for the exclusive use of <br /> the permittee of certain vehicular parking spaces on City-owned <br /> real property, and in the form of "Exhibit A" hereof, is hereby <br /> approved and the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute <br /> the original of said permit for and on behalf of the City of <br /> Redwood City. <br />
