iCGM:yc:4/6/73 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 6890 ORIGINAL <br /> Al <br /> APR 9, 73 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF 9 <br /> AGREEMENT FOR AUCTION SERVICES <br /> WHEREAS, this Council proposes to proceed with a public <br /> auction for the sale of certain City-owned personal property; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, there has been presented to, and reviewed by, this <br /> Council an agreement for expert personal services for conducting <br /> said auction; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CDUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Agreement - Auction Services" <br /> (form dated 4/6/73) , by and between the City of Redwood City and <br /> Kenneth R. Porter, copies of which agreement are on file in the <br /> office of the City Clerk, to which copies reference is hereby <br /> made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and <br /> the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute <br /> the same on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br />
