i • <br /> 3. Any informality in the above mentioned bid of Rosendin <br /> Electric, Inc. , is hereby waived. <br /> 4. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> enter into and execute on behalf of the City of Redwood City that <br /> certain agreement entitled "Agreement" between the City of Redwood <br /> City and Rosendin Electric, Inc. , for the performance of said <br /> work in accordance with the above mentioned proposal, a copy of <br /> which agreement is presently on file in the office of the City <br /> Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for full particulars <br /> concerning the terms and conditions thereof. <br /> 5. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return <br /> to all unsuccessful bidders, and to the successful bidder upon <br /> execution by it of the contract for the performance of said work, <br /> all security guaranteeing execution of the contract upon award. <br /> -2- <br />
