• CGM:lt:3/9/73 <br /> ktiq- <br /> 12 '13 <br /> / L <br /> R E S O L U T I O N NO. 6877 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE FURNISHING <br /> OF ONE TRUCK-MOUNTED TRANSIT-MIXER; AND, AUTHORIZING <br /> CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> specifications for the furnishing of one truck-mounted transit- <br /> mixer to be used for municipal purposes; and <br /> WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the same and desires to <br /> signify its approval thereof and authorize the City Clerk to <br /> call for bids for such truck-mounted transit-mixer; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. Those certain specifications for one truck-mounted <br /> transit-mixer to be used for municipal purposes, prepared by the <br /> City Manager and on file in the office of the City Clerk, con- <br /> sisting of notice of sealed bids, instructions to bidders and <br /> general conditions, specifications, bid forms and agreement, are <br /> hereby approved. <br /> 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> advertise for bids for the furnishing of said material in <br /> accordance with the specifications therefor, said advertisement <br /> to be in the form of that certain notice of sealed bids set <br /> forth in the above mentioned specifications. <br />
