<br />All the land within the corporate limits of the City of Redwood City,
<br />San Mateo County, California, said land being more particularly descrAil:,ed as
<br />follows:
<br />BEGIN\TwNG at an angle point in the corporate limit line of the City of
<br />Rcdwood City as established by Ordinance No.' 746 dated October 5, 1953, and
<br />Ordinance No. 520 dated April 2, 1945, said angle point being the intersec
<br />of the northeasterly line of Alameda de las Pulgas, 66.00 feet in width with
<br />the southeasterly line of Woodside Road, 66,00 feet in width; THENCE lout :,
<br />21 19' West along the southwesterly prolongation of said sout:.-asterly line
<br />of Woodside Road and along the corporate limit line of the City of Redwood
<br />City to t::a centerline of Alameda de las Pul 'as; THE..= northwesterly along
<br />the corporate limit line as established by said Ordinance No, 520 and along
<br />• the centerlines of Alameda de las Pulgas and Fernside Street 60.00 feet in
<br />width to the point of intersection of said centerline of Fernside Street with
<br />the northeasterly prolongation of the northwesterly line of Harcross Road,
<br />50.00 feet in width; as said road is shown on mat map entitled Sterling
<br />hlands No. 5 recorded July 14, 1953 in the Office of the Recorder of San
<br />Mateo County, California, in Book 37 of Maps at Page 18; THENCE, continuing
<br />along said corporate limit line South 4.1 25' 40" West a distance of 29,92
<br />feet; THENCE along the said corporate limit line as established by Ordrrnce
<br />No. 761 dated February 15, 1954 the following courses and distances: South
<br />41 25' 40" West a distance of 217.27 feet; on a curve to the right, tangent
<br />to last mentioned course, said curve having a Radius of 300.00 feet, a central
