The Executive Director is hereby authorized and <br />directed to: <br /> (a) File a Notice of Completion with the State <br /> <br /> Secretary of Resources in accordance with Section <br /> 15085 of the State CEQA Guidelines ; <br /> <br /> (b) Provide for the distribution of the Draft EIR for <br /> comment from public agencies and others, including <br /> the Project Fiscal Review Committee, if created, <br /> as applicable with respect to the Project; and <br /> <br /> (c) Publish notice at least once not less than ten <br /> days prior to the date set for the hearing in the <br /> Redwood City Almanac advising the public of the <br /> completion and availability of the Draft EIR for <br /> review and comment by the public, and of the <br /> public hearing thereon for such purpose. Copies <br /> of the Draft EIR shall be maintained for public <br /> inspection during the comment period at the <br /> Agency's office located on the second floor of 884 <br /> Main Street, and at each of the City's three <br /> libraries located at: <br /> <br /> Main Library - 1044 Middlefield Road <br /> Fair Oaks Branch - 2600 Middlefield Road <br /> Schaberg Branch - 2140 Euclid Avenue <br /> <br /> in Redwood City, California.
