• <br />• <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. Pursuant to the terms of Chapter 30 of the Code of the <br />City of redwood City, the exception petitioned for is hereby <br />granted, subject to the following conditions: <br />(a) The granting to the City of a pole line easement <br />ten feet in width centered on the proposed new <br />rear property lines across entire width of Lot 11. <br />(b) Any additional sewer and /or water services required <br />shall be installed at no expense to the City. <br />(c) That all laws, codes, regulations, resolutions, <br />ordinances, and /or parts thereof, other than as <br />directly and expressly adjusted by the terms of <br />the exception granted, shall be strictly complied <br />with. <br />2. The subdivision applied for is hereby approved, said <br />subdivision to be substantially in the form of that map marked <br />"Exhibit A," attached hereto and incorporated herein as if set <br />out herein in its entirety. <br />-2- <br />
