JAH:mmg 07/28/89 (#25/048) <br /> <br /> AUG 14 1989 <br /> RESOLUTION RDA N0. 89-09 RD-89-09 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF <br /> REDWOOD CITY RECEIVING PROPOSED SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE <br /> REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT NO. 2, AND <br /> DIRECTING ITS TRANSMITTAL AS REQUIRED BY COMMUNITY <br /> REDEVELOPMENT LAW <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood <br />City has prepared a Second Amendment to the Redevelopment Plan <br />for the Redwood City Redevelopment Project No. 2 ("Second <br />Amendment"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, any affected taxing agency may call for the <br />creation of a fiscal review committee with respect to the Second <br />Amendment pursuant to Section 33353 of the California Community <br />Redevelopment Law (Section 33000 et seq., Health and Safety <br />Code); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 33353.4 of the California <br />Community Redevelopment Law, if a fiscal review committee is <br />created the Agency shall send the proposed Second Amendment to <br />the Chairperson of said fiscal review committee; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the California Community Redevelopment Law provides <br />that prior to a joint public hearing on the proposed Second <br />Amendment, the Agency shall submit the proposed Second Amendment <br />to the Planning Commission for its report and recommendation. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF <br />THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. The proposed Second Amendment is hereby received in the <br />form attached hereto as Attachment "A". <br /> <br /> <br />
