4. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice <br />of the proposed change and modification in the manner required <br />by law by publication of a notice in the Redwood City Tribune <br />and by mailing a copy of this Resolution to all persons owning <br />real property within the assessment district as said persons' <br />names and addresses appear on the last equalized assessment <br />roll or as known to said Clerk. <br />-2- <br />
