• <br />opinion would not be benefited by said project as finally <br />determined, and may add territory to the proposed district, <br />all subject to the requirements and limitations of Sections <br />614, 611 and 612 of the Ordinance. At the conclusion of said <br />hearing and after making all necessary and proper changes in <br />the boundaries of the proposed district or in said project, <br />the Council may by resolution determine that the public in- <br />terest and convenience require said project and the formation <br />of the proposed district, and if it does so determine the <br />Council will establish the proposed district, fix and deter- <br />mine its boundaries and generally describe said project as <br />finally determined. <br />8. Notice of said hearing shall be given by the <br />City Clerk by publication of this resolution and by posting <br />and mailing of copies of this resolution, all in the manner <br />provided by Chapter 4 of the Ordinance. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of February It <br />1965, by the following vote: <br />AYES: Councilmen Bury, Granger, Herkner, Petersen, Royer, <br />Weymouth, and Mayor Rosselli <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />4 <br />
