subject to the requirements and limitations of Sections 610, <br />611 and 612 of the Ordinance. At the conclusion of said hear- <br />ing and after making all necessary and proper changes in the <br />boundaries of the proposed district or in said project, the <br />Council may by resolution determine that the public interest <br />and convenience require said project and the formation of the <br />proposed district, and if it does so determine the Council will <br />establish the proposed district, fix and determine its bounda- <br />ries and generally describe said project as finally determined. <br />8. Notice of said hearing shall be given by the City <br />Clerk by publication of this resolution and by posting and mail- <br />ing of copies of this resolution, all in the manner provided by <br />Chapter 4 of the Ordinance. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of February , 1965, <br />by the following vote: <br />AYES: Councilmen Bury, Granger, Herkner, Petersen, Royer, <br />Weymouth, and Mayor Rosselli <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />4 <br />
