<br />All the land within the corporate limits of the City of Redwood City,
<br />San Mateo County, California ' exeepting all that portion lying within the
<br />Fair Oaks Sanitary Sewer Maintenance District and the I.Ienlo Park Sanitory
<br />Sewer District,' said land being more particularlk described as follows:
<br />BEGINNING at an angle point in the corporate limit line of the City of
<br />Redwood City as established by Ordinance No 746 dated October 5, 1953,
<br />and Ordinance No 520 dated April 2, 1945, said angle point being the inter-
<br />section of the northeasterly line of Alameda de las Pul as, 66.00 feet
<br />in width with the southeasterly line pf Woodside Road, 66.00 feet in width;
<br />THENCE South 210 19' West along the southtiiester&y prolongation of said
<br />southeasterly line of Woodside Road and along the corporate limit line
<br />of the City of redwood City to the centerline of Alameda de los Eulgas;
<br />THENCE northwesterly along the corporate limit line as established by
<br />said Ordinance No 520 and along the centerlines of Alameda de los Pul�as
<br />and Fernside Street, 60.00 feet in width to the point of intersection
<br />of said centerline of Fernside Street with the northeasterly prolongation
<br />of the northwesterly line of Harcross Road, 50.00 feet in width as said
<br />road is shovm on that.map entitled "Sterling Highlands No 5" recorded July
<br />14, 1953, in the Office of the Recorder of San Mateo County, California

<br />the said corporate limit line as established by Ordinance No 761 dated
