cept the properties of the Redwood City Elementary School District, <br />commonly known and designated as the Roy Cloud Elementary School, <br />shall be assessed their fair share of the cost of said improvement. <br />4. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that serial bonds to represent <br />unpaid assessments and bearing interest at the rate of not to ex- <br />ceed six per cent (6f) per annum will be issued hereunder in the <br />manner provided in Division 7, Part 5, of the Streets and Highways <br />Code of the State of California (Improvement Act of 1911 type), <br />and the last installment of such bonds shall mature fourteen (14) <br />years from the 2nd of January next succeeding the lst day of <br />September following their date and shall contain the provisions for <br />a five per cent (5y) prepayment premium on redemption. <br />5. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Monday, the 1st day of March, <br />1965, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock P.M. at the Council Chambers in <br />the Hall of Justice and Records of the City of Redwood City, <br />California, is hereby fixed as the time and place when and where <br />any and all persons interested may appear and show cause, if any <br />they have, why the City Council should not find and determine that <br />the public convenience and necessity require the acquisitions and <br />improvements described and referred to in this resolution, with- <br />out further compliance with the special Assessment, Investigation, <br />Limitation, and Majority Protest Act of 1931. <br />6. Said Council does hereby adopt and establish as the <br />official grades for said work the grades and elevations to be <br />shown upon such plans, profiles, and detail drawings. <br />7. There is excepted from the work above described any of <br />such work already done to line and grade and marked excepted where <br />shown not to be done on said plans, profiles, and detail drawings. <br />8. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the fact that in many cases <br />said work and improvements will bring the finished surface of the <br />-2- <br />
