centerline of Redwood Creek to its intersection with the northwesterly <br />prolongation of the northeasterly line of Lot 3 as said lot is shown <br />on that map enti-led "leap of Certain Lands Belonging to Redwood City <br />Harbor Company" recorded September 23, 1921 in the Office of the Recorder <br />of San Mateo County California in Volume 10 of Maps at Pages 45 and 46; <br />THENCE Southeasterly along said prolongation and northeasterly line and <br />across that certain 80 foot right -of -way shown on last said map to the <br />Southeasterly line of said right -of -way, commonly caller; Harbor Blvd.; <br />THENCE, Southwesterly along said Southeasterly line of Harbor Blvd. to <br />its intersection with the northwesterly prolongation of a line which lies <br />200 feet northeasterly of the northeasterly line of Friend Industrial <br />Tract, said line bears North 68 4 5 1 West, said Friend Industrial Tract <br />being recorded December 31,1940 in the Office of the Recorder of San <br />Mateo County California in Book 23 of Maps at Page 33; THENCE along said <br />northwesterly prolongation and along said line, South 68 45' East to its <br />intersection with a line parallel to and 200 feet northeasterly of the <br />line in said Friend Industrial Tract which bears North 81 17' West; <br />THENCE South 81 17' E along last said line to a point, said point being <br />in the northeasterly prolongation of the easterly line of that parcel of <br />land conveyed to H.
