CHAPTER 11 <br />Sections <br />1101 <br />(b) If the bonds <br />were originally <br />authorized <br />pursuant to <br />(Contd.) <br />sections 813 <br />and 814 <br />hereof the notice <br />and hear- <br />ing required <br />by this <br />ordinance for the <br />original <br />bond issue shall be <br />substituted for the <br />election <br />required by <br />Section <br />43736 if that section <br />is <br />applicable; <br />(c) If the bonds were originally authorized pursuant <br />to sections 811 and 812 hereof and Section 43736 of <br />the Government Code is applicable, then the election <br />provided for in said Section 43736 shall be held in <br />the district or improvement district instead of in <br />the city; and <br />(d) Chapters 12 and 13 of this ordinance shall be <br />applicable to the refunding bonds. <br />1102 Revenue Bonds. Any revenue bonds may be refunded by the <br />procedure provided by Title 5, Division 2, Part 1, Chapter 6, <br />Article 11 (commencing at Section 54660) of the Government Code, <br />except that Chapter 12 of this ordinance shall be applicable <br />to the refunding bonds. <br />1103 Assessment Bonds. Any assessment bonds may be refunded <br />by the procedure provided by any general law applicable to <br />such assessment bonds. <br />'HAPTER 12 <br />.'ections CHAPTER 12 <br />BONDS GENERALLY <br />1201 General. The applicable provisions of this chapter shall <br />apply to all general obligation bonds, revenue bonds and re- <br />funding bonds of any district or improvement district. <br />1202 Form Bonds and coupons shall be of the form provided <br />by the council. <br />1203 Denominations. The bonds shall be of denominations as <br />the council shall determine. <br />37 <br />
