"Section 2.41.7. There is hereby established the <br /> 'General Improvement District Revolving Fund.' Any and <br /> all sums in said revolving fund shall be expended only <br /> for payment of costs and expenses incurred by the City <br /> of Redwood City for printing, legal, engineering, <br /> planning, fiscal, clerical, administrative and related <br /> supplies and services incidental to the formation and <br /> establishment of any general improvement district or <br /> improvement district for the reclamation and improvement <br /> of lands within the City, or incidental to the authoriza- <br /> tion and issuance of any bonds or other financing pro- <br /> cedures for the accomplishment of such reclamation and <br /> improvement projects. Any sums expended from said fund <br /> shall be reimbursed to said fund within six (6) months <br /> from the receipt by such general improvement district or <br /> improvement district of the first tax revenues or bond <br /> proceeds of such district." <br /> SECTION 2. The sum of five thousand dollars ($5,000) is <br /> hereby appropriated from the unbudgeted unappropriated balance <br /> of the General Fund to the General Improvement District Revolving <br /> Fund, to be expended solely for the purposes of said fund as <br /> provided for by this ordinance. <br /> SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be effective thirty days <br /> after its adoption. <br /> * * * <br />
