Any and all banking institutions which have been <br /> furnished a copy of such facsimile signature and which have <br /> on deposit funds of the City of Redwood City are hereby <br /> authorized to honor any and all checks and warrants bearing <br /> g <br /> the facsimile signature imposed by said machine as said <br /> facsimile signature is set forth on the copy thereof on file <br /> with such bank." <br /> SECTION 2. All resolutions heretofore adopted that are <br /> inconsistent with this ordinance are hereby repealed. <br /> SECTION 3.
