REG:yc:6 /2/65 -7 <br /> O R D I N A N C E N O. 113 <br /> ORDINANCE ADDING SECTION 60.2.10 TO ORDINANCE NO. 1130, <br /> THE REDWOOD CITY ZONING ORDINANCE, REZONING PROPERTY <br /> IN THE VICINITY OF OAKWOOD PARK AND CARLOS AVENUE, <br /> CYPRESS STREET, NORTHUMBERLAND AVENUE AND VICINITY <br /> IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT TO R -2 AND R -2 -P ZONING DISTRICTS <br /> THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> SECTION 1. Section 60.2.10 is hereby added to Ordinance <br /> No. 1130, the Redwood City Zoning Ordinance, adopted May 11, 1964, <br /> to read as follows: <br /> "Section 60.2.10 Pursuant to the provisions of <br /> Article 41, the real property heretofore zoned R -1 and R -2 <br /> in the vicinity of Oakwood Park and Carlos Avenue, Cypress <br /> Street, Northumberland Avenue and Vicinity Improvement <br /> District is hereby zoned to R -2 and R -2 -P Zoning Districts <br /> as shown on the following map: <br /> SECTION 2.
