RD-89-4 RD-89-04 MAR 6 1989 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR PREPARATION OF EIR FOR PROPOSED <br /> REDEVELOPMENT OF PORTION OF GATEWAY SUB-AREA OF PROJECT <br /> AREA NUMBER 2 <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> ACTING AS THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain Agreement by and between the Redevelopment <br /> Agency of the City of Redwood City and Planning Analysis and <br /> Development (PAD, Inc.) for the preparation of an EIR in <br /> connection with the proposed redevelopment of a portion of the <br /> Gateway Sub-Area of Project Area Number 2, a copy of which <br /> agreement (form dated 03/02/89), is on file in the office of the <br /> <br />- Secretary, to which copy reference is hereby made for full <br /> particulars thereof, is hereby approved; and the Executive <br /> Director is hereby authorized to execute said Agreement for and <br /> on behalf of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood <br /> City. <br /> <br /> 89-4 <br /> <br /> <br />
