• <br /> "Section 13.2 Permitted Uses. The following structures <br /> and uses are permitted in the CN District: <br /> "(a) Grocery, drug, variety or hardware stores. <br /> "(b) Beauty, barber, shoe, gift, stationery, record, <br /> toy or flower shops. <br /> "(c) Banks, business and professional offices. <br /> "(d) Restaurants, soda fountains or retail bakery sales, <br /> not including live entertainment, dancing or sale <br /> of liquor, beer, or other alcoholic beverages for <br /> ,consumption on the premises. <br /> "(e) Studios for arts, crafts, photography, music and <br /> dance. <br /> "(f) Parking lots and garages for customer and employee <br /> parking only." <br /> "Section 13.4 Conditional Uses. The following structures <br /> and uses are permitted in the CN District subject to first <br /> obtaining a use permit therefor: <br /> "(a) Automobile service stations not including major <br /> vehicle repair and overhaul. <br /> " (b) Liquor stores, bookstores, automatic coin operated <br /> laundries, and dry cleaning and laundry agencies. <br /> "(c) No use occupying in excess of 7,500 square feet <br /> of floor area in any single building shall be <br /> permitted except upon first obtaining a use permit <br /> therefor. <br /> "(d) Public and quasi - public uses except corporation <br /> yards, storage or repair yards or warehouses. <br /> "(e) Any other uses not otherwise listed in this <br /> article which are determined by the Commission <br /> to be of the same general character as the uses <br /> permitted by this article and are not inconsistent <br /> with the purposes of this article." <br /> "Section 14.4 Conditional Uses. The following <br /> structures and uses are permitted in the CB District subject <br /> to first securing a use permit therefor: <br /> "(a) Automobile service stations. <br /> "(b) Hotels, motels, social halls, clubs, lodges and <br /> apartment units. <br /> -2- <br />
