REG:lr:7/30/65 -7 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. //,;7e-29 <br /> ORDINANCE ADDING SECTION 60.3.5 TO ORDINANCE NO. <br /> 1130, THE REDWOOD CITY ZONING ORDINANCE, REZONING <br /> CERTAIN PROPERTY NORTHWESTERLY OF SECOND AVENUE <br /> BETWEEN BROADWAY AND BAY ROAD <br /> THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> SECTION 1. Section 60.3.5 is hereby added to Ordinance No. <br /> 1130, the Redwood City Zoning Ordinance, adopted May 11, 1964, to <br /> read as follows: <br /> "Section 60.3.5 The following described real property <br /> is, pursuant to the provisions of Article 41, hereby zoned <br /> to be PO -P -A Zoning District: <br /> All that real property situate in the City of Redwood <br /> City, County of San Mateo, State of California, more <br /> particularly described as follows: <br /> A portion of Lot A as said lot is shown on that map <br /> entitled "Belle Haven Subdivision No. 2" recorded <br /> November 5, 1929, in Volume 17 of Maps at Pages 75 <br /> and 76 and a portion of Lot 2 as shown on that map <br /> entitled "Map of Subdivision of Sweeney Ranch Near <br /> Redwood City, San Mateo Co." recorded June 24, 1898, <br /> in Book C of Original Maps at Page 36 and copied into <br /> Book 2 of Maps at Page 97, both above - mentioned maps <br /> being filed in the Office of the Recorder of San <br /> Mateo County, California.
