WHt'.: lr :8/17/6 5 -7 <br /> O R D I N A N C E N O. //,3o,.6 <br /> ORDINANCE ADDING SECTIONS 60.2.12 AND 60.3.6 TO <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1130, THE REDWOOD CITY ZONING <br /> ORDINANCE, REZONING THE AREA GENERALLY BOUNDED <br /> BY EL CAMINO REAL, BREWSTER AVENUE, VETERANS <br /> BOULEVARD, CASSIA STREET AND MAPLE STREET <br /> THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> SECTION 1. Section 60.2.12 is hereby added to Ordinance No. <br /> 1130, the Redwood City Zoning Ordinance, adopted May 11, 1964, <br /> to read as follows: <br /> `Section 60.2.12 Pursuant to the provisions of <br /> Article 41, the real property heretofore zoned IS in the <br /> area generally bounded by El Camino Real, Brewster Avenue, <br /> Pennsylvania Avenue and Maple Streets, is hereby zoned to <br /> CB, CG and CP as shown on the map attached hereto as <br /> "Exhibit A" and incorporated herein as if fully set out <br /> herein." <br /> SECTION 2. Section 60.3.6 is hereby added to Ordinance <br /> No. 1130, the Redwood City Zoning Ordinance, adopted May 11, 1964, <br /> to read as follows: <br /> "Section 60.3.6 Pursuant to the provisions of <br /> Article 41, the real property heretofore zoned IS in the <br /> area generally bounded by Pennsylvania Avenue, Brewster <br /> Avenue, Veterans Boulevard, Maple Street and Cassia Street, <br /> is hereby zoned CA, CA -A, CB, CB-A, CG, CP and R -5, as shown <br /> on the map attached hereto as "Exhibit A" and incorporated <br /> herein as if fully set out herein." <br /> SECTION 3. This ordinance shall become effective 30 days <br /> after its adoption. <br />
