I/3b433 <br /> ORDINANCE ADDING SECTION 60.2.13 TO ORDINANCE NO. 1130 <br /> THE REDWOOD CITY ZONING ORDINANCE, REZONING CERTAIN <br /> PROPERTY KNOWN AS THE "MC CARTHY ANNEXATION" <br /> THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> SECTION 1. Section 60.2.13 is hereby added to Ordinance <br /> No. 1130, the Redwood City Zoning Ordinance, adopted May 11, 1964, <br /> to read as follows: <br /> "Section 60.2.13 The following described real property <br /> is, pursuant to the provisions of Article 41 of Ordinance <br /> No. 1130, hereby zoned to the R -1 -10 zoning district: <br /> "A portion of Lots 2 and 4, and all of Lot 3, as said lots <br /> are shown on that map entitled 'Nelson Suburban Homes,' <br /> filed October 16, 1926, in the office of the Recorder <br /> of San Mateo County, California, in Book 14 of Maps at <br /> pages 32 and 33, being more particularly described as <br /> follows: <br /> "BEGINNING at the intersection of the easterly line of <br /> said Lot 4 with the southerly line of Eaton Avenue, 60.00 <br /> feet in width, said point of intersection being in the <br /> corporate limit line of the City of Redwood City as <br /> established by Ordinance No. 531, adopted October 30, <br /> 1945; THENCE North 84 43' 30" West along said southerly' <br /> line of Eaton Avenue and said corporate limit line a <br /> distance of 1.61 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; <br /> THENCE South 4 42' 30" West along a line parallel to <br /> and 1.61 feet westerly, measured at right angles, from <br /> said easterly line of Lot 4 a distance of 150.00 feet <br /> to the southerly line of said Lot 4; THENCE North 84 43' <br /> 30" West along the southerly lines of said Lots 4, 3 and 2 <br /> a distance of 135.97 feet; THENCE North 4 42' 30" East <br /> along a line parallel to and 17.58 feet westerly, meas- <br /> ured at right angles, from the easterly line of said Lot 2 <br /> a distance of 150.00 feet to the said southerly line of <br /> Eaton Avenue and the said corporate limit line of the <br /> City of Redwood City; THENCE South 84 43' 30" East along <br /> said southerly line and corporate limit line a distance <br /> of 135.97 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING." <br /> SECTION 2.
