WHK :yc:12 /7/65 -7 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. //3a,3G <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 30.7 OF ORDINANCE <br /> NO. 1130, THE REDWOOD CITY ZONING ORDINANCE, <br /> RELATING TO WIDTHS OF DRIVEWAYS <br /> THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> SECTION 1. Section 30.7 of Ordinance No. 1130, the Redwood <br /> City Zoning Ordinance, adopted May 11, 1964, is hereby amended <br /> to read as follows: <br /> "Section 30.7 Access Drives. Every required parking <br /> space, garage space or carport space for more than five <br /> vehicles, and every required loading space, shall have access <br /> to a dedicated public right of way by means of an access <br /> drive of not less than 18 feet in width, unless two one -way <br /> access drives are provided, in which case each drive shall <br /> be at least ten feet in width. All other required parking <br /> spaces, carport spaces or loading spaces shall have access <br /> to a dedicated public right of way by means of an access <br /> drive of not less than ten feet in width. Joint use of <br /> driveways and turning space shall be permitted when the <br /> rights to such use are conveyed to and recorded by the mutual <br /> owners." <br /> SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective 30 days after <br /> its adoption. <br /> /30.36 <br />
