. • <br /> • <br /> "Section 17.4 Conditional Uses. The following structures <br /> and uses are permitted in the IR District subject to first <br /> securing a use permit therefor: <br /> "(a) Outdoor commercial recreation facilities. <br /> "(b) Restaurants and drive -in eating establishments. <br /> "(c) Building material, building equipment, feed and <br /> fuel sales yards. Unless otherwise provided in <br /> the use permit, all such uses shall be conducted <br /> within a building. <br /> "Concrete or asphalt batch or mixing plants are <br /> not permitted in the IR District. <br /> "(d) Animal hospitals, veterinary clinics, mortuaries, <br /> columbariums or crematories. <br /> "(e) Retail service establishments, including automobile <br /> service stations. <br /> "(f) Any other use not otherwise listed in this article <br /> which is determined by the Commission to be of <br /> the same general character of the uses permitted <br /> by this article and is not inconsistent with the <br /> purpose of this article." <br /> SECTION 3.
