PUBLIC COMMENT <br />Jim Beeger stated that he hoped someone could update him on the redevelopment <br />area south of Main Street. <br />4. CONSENT CALENDAR <br />Items on the Consent Calendar are considered to be routine by the Agency Board <br />Members and are enacted by one motion and one vote. <br />M/S Ruskin /Howard to waive reading of the Consent Calendar except the ordinances <br />by title, adopt the resolutions and the ordinances, and approve other items.
