Proposed Increase in Transient Occupancy Tax <br />Staff contact: Brian Ponty, Director of Finance and Financial Planning <br />780 -7072 bDontv(a7redwoodcitv.ora <br />Recommendation: <br />It is recommended that the City Council place a measure on the ballot in <br />November of this year that calls for increasing the City's transient <br />occupancy tax rate from 8% to 10 %. <br />B.
