Adopt a resolution approving and confirming the Mitigated Negative Declaration <br />as certified by the Planning Commission and making the necessary associated <br />findings <br />2. Adopt a resolution finding that the use of recycled water for landscape irrigation <br />is safe, is environmentally responsible, and can contribute to the health, safety <br />and welfare of all Redwood City residents <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY ADOPTING THE MITIGATED <br />NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR THE REDWOOD CITY RECYCLED WATER PROJECT <br />FINDING THAT THE USE OF RECYCLED WATER FOR LANDSCAPE <br />IRRIGATION IS SAFE, IS ENVIRONMENTALLY RESPONSIBLE AND CAN <br />CONTRIBUTE TO THE HEALTH, SAFETY AND WELFARE OF REDWOOD <br />CITY <br />9. MATTERS OF COUNCIL INTEREST <br />A. Legislation (information only) - This sub - section involves possible discussion of <br />City Position on Proposed Legislation described in the League of California Cities <br />Priority Focus Bulletin No. 28 -2003. Council may direct staff to act on positions <br />taken by Council. (Copies of League of California Cities Priority Focus available in <br />City Clerk's Department.) <br />10. ADJOURNMENT: MOTION TO ADJOURN UNTIL THE NEXT CITY COUNCIL <br />MEETING OF AUGUST 11, 2003; <br />'SPEAKERS, ATTENTION: Speaker's cards are on the rostrum.
