(0. 4 C" 3 <br />wastewater discharged or deposited into the sewerage facilities in excess <br />of one thousand (1000) cubic feet. <br />6. Hospitals: All institution:: where the sick or injured are given medical or <br />surgical care: <br />Minimum monthly rate, effective August 28, 2003 Twenty -One Dollars and <br />Forty -Five Cents ($21.45), plus an additional monthly charge of Two <br />Dollars and Fifteen Cents ($2.15) per one hundred (100) cubic feet of <br />waste or wastewater discharged or deposited into the sewerage facilities <br />in excess of one thousand (1000) cubic feet. <br />7. Industrial: All establishments used for industrial purposes including, but <br />not limited to, manufacturing plants, processing plants, producers, <br />laundries, photo processors, electric service institutions, packagers, and <br />other similar classes of use: <br />Minimum monthly rate, effective August 28, 2003 Twenty-One Dollars and <br />Forty -Five Cents ($21.45), plus an additional monthly charge of One <br />Dollar and Seventy-Eight Cents ($1.78) per one hundred (100) cubic feet <br />of waste or wastewater discharged or deposited into the sewerage <br />facilities in excess of one thousand (1000) cubic feet. <br />B. User Categories: The determination of the appropriate user category for <br />particular premises shall be made by City's Director based upon the waste <br />or wastewater constituents or characteristics of such user, including such <br />factors as biochemical oxygen demand, suspended solids, and volume, <br />consistent with the categories hereinabove in subdivision A established. <br />F:Atty/Ord /Ord.192 3 <br />070803 <br />
