These funds will be used to provide eviction defense and prevention to low- income <br />residents to help prevent homelessness. This is a citywide program. <br />$10,000 - CDBG <br />Ombudsman Services, Ombudsman Services of San Mateo County Inc., 711 Nevada <br />Street, Redwood City. These funds will be used to provide advocacy services for frail <br />elderly and disabled persons residing in licensed care facilities. <br />$10,000 - CDBG <br />Nutrition and Safety Net Services, Peninsula Family Service 2600 Middlefield Road, <br />Redwood City. The funds will be used to support nutrition and wellness services to low - <br />income seniors. <br />$10,000 - CDBG <br />General Administration, City of Redwood City 1017 Middlefield Road. These funds are <br />used to pay staff wages and benefits to administer Community Development Block <br />Grant, HOME, and other federal or state funds. This budget will provide salaries, <br />supplies and professional services necessary to implement the Consolidated Plan <br />priorities and strategies. <br />$139,000 - CDBG <br />$36,200 - HOME <br />Home Improvement Program Support: The City of Redwood City 1017 Middlefield <br />Road. These funds will pay program support costs for the operation of the Housing <br />Rehabilitation Loan Programs and Tenant Assistance Programs.
