There was a letter submitted <br /> and a petition with 111 names of employees asking for payroll deduction plan. Councilman <br /> Granger moved that the employees be granted permission.for payroll deductions, seconded by <br /> Councilman.Stout.. City Auditor John Brophy .spoke. fr.om. the, flo.o.r and stated that he <br /> thought this..matter should be taken .up. with .the..payroll..department....
