<br /> question, Counci].man Britschgi asked that the City Attorney be instructed to check into the possibility of
<br /> . raising the building permit fees. Councilman Stout spoke in regard to making a charge on nevr homes and
<br /> billing them at the time permits are being issued, the charge to be for recreational facilities and other '

<br /> I�ayor Herlrner asked that the Council approve the Clerk writing to the banks asking them to segregate City and ',
<br /> County taxes on their statements which are sent to people havi.ng bank loans. He is very much disturbed by
<br /> the publicity and calls he has received in regard to City taxes. Colincilman Ro,yer moved a pproval of the
