They suggested that the matter be referred back to the Planning <br /> Commission for a further hearing. Councilman Britschgi reported that J. Q. Archibald has <br /> � <br /> almost completed the job as far as the �5,000 will go� and he read the f ollo�rring letter from Mr. Archibald <br /> � <br /> to the- Council. <br /> "I am very pleased to be able to participate in the start of the Redwood City Yacht <br /> Harbor Project. <br /> This project, w hen completed� will help Leslie Salt Company, one of rqy best customers, <br /> to solve the problem of docking vessels at their loading dock rovithout damage to boats in <br /> the present Yacht Harbor location. <br /> Due to this fact and also wishing to contribute to this worthwhile project, I am <br /> donating the invoice in the amount of �1,25Lt.35� which covers the construction of the <br /> levee f or the new road alignment and the placing of 2,s68 cubic yard of rock fill. <br /> By taking advantage of the rock fill whi3e available, the cost to the Yacht Harbor �' <br /> was only seventy two cents per cubic yard, which is a good saving. <br /> �Ir. T. I. Mosel�r, of Dalmo Victor Company� has donated the 2,568 yards of rock fill� <br /> which is a donation of �61�2.00. Adr. The Port Commission is ready to help the City in any wasy they can.
